Mobio Completes Option Grant

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Nov. 2, 2014) - Mobio Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE:MBO)(OTCQX:MBIOF), ("Mobio" or the "Company") announces that it has granted an aggregate of 4,100,000 incentive stock options exercisable at $0.05 to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company. All options granted are exercisable over a 5-year term, with vesting over the first year. The option grant is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
